Q: What's the fastest way to get a real number, not a rough estimate?

Send plans for review. A floor plan or sign schedule with quantities lets us give you an actual figure instead of a placeholder range, usually in fewer rounds than starting from a phone call alone.

Q: I don't have architectural drawings. Can you still quote the job?

Yes. Tell us about your project instead: describe the space, send photos of any existing signage, and let us know whether the building is occupied. If drawings don’t exist, we can run a field survey and build the sign schedule ourselves.

Q: Do you work on occupied buildings, or only new construction?

Most of our interior signage work happens in occupied buildings: tenant improvements, partial renovations and sign replacements phased around staff, tenants or the public. Let us know your occupancy situation up front and we’ll plan the install sequence around it.

There are two ways to reach us, and which one fits depends on how far along your project is. If you’re still figuring out scope, start with a conversation. If you already have something on paper, drawings move faster than a description ever will.

Tell us about your project

If you’re early in planning, or you don’t have drawings yet, start here. Describe what you’re working on: a renovation, a tenant improvement, a sign replacement, a new build. Include:

What kind of space (office, healthcare, school, industrial, retail, municipal)
Roughly how many signs, or how many rooms if you don’t know sign count yet
Whether the building is occupied during the work
Your target timeline

We’ll follow up with questions and, if it makes sense, schedule a field survey to build a sign schedule from what’s on-site today.

Send plans for review

If you already have drawings, a sign schedule, or a floor plan, send them directly. This is the fastest route to an accurate quote. The more of the following you can include, the fewer rounds it takes:

Drawings or an existing sign schedule (CSI Division 10 14 00, if your project has one)
Floor plan with room numbers or a numbering scheme
Sign quantities by type: ADA room ID, directional, egress, graphics
Photos of existing signage, if you’re matching a current standard
Target install date
Whether the space will be occupied during install

We’ll review what you send and come back with a quote or, if anything’s ambiguous, a short list of clarifying questions before we price it. If your drawings include a formal sign schedule under CSI Division 10 14 00, tell us that up front; it usually means we can turn a quote around faster because the message schedule and quantities are already defined.
